These Terms and Conditions supplement those agreements; they do not replace them.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Work Product and Licensing
Ownership of creative work produced by Sparkchaser Studio — photography, video, website builds, and other deliverables — is governed by your signed project agreement. As a general standard:
- Photography and video: Sparkchaser Studio retains copyright. Clients receive a license to use the delivered files for the purposes outlined in their agreement. Resale, redistribution, or transferring files to third parties without written permission is not permitted.
- Website builds: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website. Original design files, development tools, and proprietary systems used to build the site remain the property of Sparkchaser Studio.
- SEO and strategy work: Documents, reports, and strategies delivered to a client are for that client’s use. They may not be resold or redistributed.
If your signed agreement includes terms that differ from the above, your agreement governs.
4. Services
General
Sparkchaser Studio provides brand photography and video content, WordPress website design and management, SEO, and local business strategy services. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements.
No Guaranteed Results
We bring strategy, skill, and significant effort to every project. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes — including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, social media growth, or business revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and how clients implement our recommendations.
Third-Party Platforms
Many of our services involve third-party platforms (WordPress, Google, Meta, and others). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by those platforms that affect your project or results.
5. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. General policies:
- Work does not begin until a signed agreement and any required deposit are received
- Outstanding balances may result in paused or withheld deliverables
- All fees are in U.S. dollars
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in your signed project agreement. As a general policy, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they represent reserved time and resources.
